Properties of bear's onion:
The tender green leaves are very healthy. They have a strong garlic smell and taste. It likes shady, moist areas where it can easily propagate. A wild, perennial herb with a fresh garlic flavour. Its flowers are ornamental, retreating into the soil throughout the year.
Its leaves are very similar to those of lily of the valley, which are highly poisonous! When broken, bear's garlic leaves always smell of fresh garlic!

Sow in the open field from October to March. Sow in the cool season in the intended location, spread the seeds flat and cover with 1.2 cm of humus-rich soil.

Above 5°C, germination takes 15-20 days. After germination, the seed must be singled.
