The installation and placement of the mole trap is very simple, although you should be careful not to injure yourself due to the sturdy construction. First of all, we need to determine where the mole's tunnel leads underground. We can start by simply looking for it, with mole holes in the garden to guide us. Near the burrow, start poking a stick into the ground to find out where the burrow leads. As soon as you can stick the stick into the ground without much resistance, you're in the right place - you've found the mole hole. Once you have the tunnel, dig a small hole in the ground with your finger or hand, crossing the tunnel, the size of the trap. You can also mark out which way the tunnel goes underground. Once this is done, fill the small hole loosely with a little soil, being careful not to fill it too thickly, not to press it too hard with your hand. Then you can place the mole trap in the hole with its feet in line with the line of the hole.and then sharpen the trap by pulling up the two parts of the trap above the ground. You can also check that the trap is working properly by gently pushing down on the two upper parts of the trap and the underground trap will close. The final stage in sharpening the mole trap is to put some loose soil around it to block the tunnel from sunlight. Now the Super Cat mole trap is ready to catch the little burrowers.
